What is a great medicine or tea that will help with sore throat and stuffy nose I've been taking…

I use the zarbee brand it's a powder u put in hot water it soothes the throat and helps with stuffy nose and is made from natural ingredients

It can look like any of these boxes

My pharmacist always would recommend a pain reliever like Tylenol, Aleve, Advil.
