Well been having contractions 3-5 minutes apart since 2pm. I've been in labor and delivery triage since about 3 something and they just checked me about 15-20 minutes ago and I'm 5cm dilated, 50% effaced. They want me to walk around for about 2-4 hours then want me to come back so they can check me again. I can't believe I wasn't dilated at all this morning to being 5cm dilated!
