Yea is never good idea 2 pierced the nipples lol..
Tell him to gran warm water with salt to clean it up so it won't get infected more

Tell him don't take it out (unless it is just to clean it) or you could trap the infection and it'll turn into a cyst which is no fun. Instead do what @jojolove2781 said with warm salt water and clean the jewelry with rubbing alcohol. I'd try soaking the infected nipped in the water maybe using a cup.

@jojolove2781 @debdeb1 I'm a nurse, with specialty in cardiac so wound care is done already of course, but his stubborn butt doesn't listen...even when I keep being right
