Ok I need to ask this is important. Where I'm pointing at is hurting. I bent down to pick something up and something popped right where I'm pointing and now it hurts. Any ideas on what it is or what to do? Thank you

I've noticed it a lot closer to labor but its probably the baby + organs + ribs lol everything all squished and moving
