I have one and I listened probably twice a week in the beginning. I don't listen at home anymore at all now but probably because I come to the dr once a week and I can also feel him moving all the time.

My doctor told me to be extremely careful because it really disrupts the baby. She talked me out of getting one cause it wasn't safe. I just wouldn't over do it

@rmreed, I wouldn't over use it but doctors disrupts the baby when they use it too 😂so it wouldn't be a difference

@marieebaby I know but she said more than what was happening at the doctors office wasn't a good idea! I agree, I just wouldn't do it everyday!

Yeh I have to get a shot every week to prevent preterm labor so I go in more than an average pregnancy. If I was complication free I would probably listen to him like once a week.
