I need advice on helping my son sleep through the night.

He is 11 months.. he is a light sleeper and very busy busy full of energy and Curiosity so much he doesn't stop to eat or nap.

It's been a hard year with my 8 year old and son being a single mom (divorce was just finalized this month)

It throws the kids off when their dad comes to see them and he has only come by 4-5 times this year.
