Congratulations!! 👶 The first appointment is just a chat with a midwife really, they'll do a urine sample, probably check your blood pressure and just ask about yours and baby daddy's general health and just give you advice/info about pregnancy! Xx

@genieh, oh thankyou! I had no no idea what to expect I found out informed my Dr got the appointment and that was that xx

I'm from Sheffield, I had blood tests and urine test done at first appointment. Don't know if it's different at different places, wish I'd been told before about blood tests before though, as I hadn't eaten 😂 xx
