It's just because of how far along you are, don't worry 😊

Call your doctor. My doctor said if there's a decrease in movement to go to the hospital. Apparently they only sleep for 30 minutes or so at a time. But it's my first baby so I don't know. He said less movement could be a sign of distress...

I would definitely talk to my OB. It could be a sign of distress. I know of someone who had that happen with her son. She ended up going to the hospital and thank goodness she did. See what your OB has to say. Have you been doing kick counts?

I'm gonna eat something than do the kick count ! I have a fetal Doppler and his heart beat is fine between high 130s-150s

Im the same way! Im always checking for a heartbeat. Just eat a small snack and drink PLENTY of water. Plus we are literally so used to movements that now we barely pay attention to them unless theyre super strong so dont worry girly we are almost there! Hmu if u ever need someone to chat with ☺

Any little movement counts as a "kick" even if it's not a kick! My daughter stopped moving almost completely the day before she was born. I guess she was saving up her energy for labor 😊
