Drink lots of water!! Also, take before and after pictures and make sure you do all four. Secure them with a tight tank top, not Plastic wrap so you don't sweat. I'm a distributor so if you have any questions let me know😊

I tried it about 4 years ago. I must not have done it properly cuz I didn't get results. But it did make my stretch marks disappear!

Ive never tried but from people that get good results i always hear to drink a LOT of water for the best results and it takes about 48 hrs to get noticeable results on average 😀 let us know how it goes and drink up💦💦
