Trying to stay on top of my water today. Went out yesterday to 5 below and got me this bottle . It's…

I'm doing 10 glasses a day and measure water in a 16.9 oz water bottle. I figured 8 ounces make one cup so I get 2 cups in at one sitting 5 times a day. As long as I see the bottle I'm good. We boil our water so I boil a big pan every week atleast once a week.

Im drinking a 64 oz each day sometimes 2 of them. Is that considered enough?

2 64 oz of water is a gallon so yes it's considered enough. My bottle is 64 oz that's why I said I needed to do to. So your definitely on track . I was so behind on my water only getting 5 16.9 oz bottles in a day. So when reading and taking to other moms and finding out I should be doing a gallon I was shocked! I was behind.

@krenee1120 ok great lol i was curious. Ive just been following the thirst since 6 weeks and tried to drink more than i normally do not pregnant. I never drank enough water with my last two daughters nostly juice. But this child keeps me from sweets. I crave water and salty foods so i have to watch the salt too 😂

I'm craving salty foods as well. So hopping it's a boy . I like some sweets but not often . I wish this baby made crave water cause I'm just trying to get through my water intake without gagging after the first bottle. It makes me so full . @danielledew94,

Good lord! I can't drink that much water I'm lucky if I get 3 bottles a day down...I get acid reflux bad

3-4 bottles of water was what I was doing pre pregnancy. So this is a lot for me. Just trying to do whatever I can do for this baby and me . But it's a struggle. I'm half way down one bottle so that's good lol

I had to do the same but i will only down it if i have ice...

It has to be cold for me too. I had my water bottles in the fridge so it's nice and cold . & this one comes with an ice pack stick. But it's in the freezer . @ashwee33,

I drink room temperature water. Cold water makes me out of breath lol.

All the time. Its better for your digestion. Cold water puts body and digestion into shock. Thats why it increases heart burn. When you drink room temp you can drink larger amounts.
