Some bleeding is to be expected, I imagine. After I had endometriosis surgery I was told to get up an start moving within 24 hours, nothing strenous of course.

@lovelily, I think that's what I'm going to do. Just worried cause they told me I could start walking right away and when I went on a short walk yesterday I started bleeding 😑
