Coming from a broken home and 2 older siblings my father was the only positive influence my older siblings had even though my parents weren't together they would still give him fathers day cards/gifts so im gonna be the one to disagree and say i wouldn't get upset. I am also a step mom and my first year with my husband baby momma sent me a mothers day card and i didnt have kids but hers...
@beyou__davidjrmommy na, not if they have a kid together, and as long as it didnt cross any boundaries. But seeing as they are still married and dont have kids.. that seems pretty off to me, so i wouldnt be cool with that

Oh well umm I personally would be upset, since they aren't his blood. I mean ya he helped raised them and stuff but he's not with her anymore. So it's not his responsibility, I think. I'm still married, but been separated for like 6 years not once have I communicated with him what's so ever. What did your bf say or think though?

No i wouldn't be mad, unless of course they don't have a kid together. Then that kind of contact is unnecessary.
