My daughter is teething and my mom recommended Tylenol before I lay her down for bed. I'm just unsure of how big of a dose I should be giving her. She will be 4 months in a couple days and weighs almost 12 pounds. Any suggestions??

The box should have the weight & dosage that's very accurate and what I went by when my daughter was teething that young :)! And you can get a cold towel and rub her gums.

A full dose for 4mos is like 2ml or so, but if there's no fever I'd say do 1.25ml. Isabelle is 11months and when we do Tylenol at night for teething, we do 2ml since there's no fever.

I would say this is accurate because my daughter had an ear infection two weeks ago she weighs 19lbs and the doctor said I can give her 4mls of Tylenol for pain

I gave .625 and it helped amazing...id start with a low dose and just see
