I need vent ladies! It's Father's Day and I don't want to kill my husbands day with bullshit.

So last week when we went over to my moms, she told us about going over for Father's Day (for her boyfriend and such) bc she's was gonna do a lunch & she wanted us to go. We bluntly said that we would see if it worked out. Well I asked my husband yesterday if we were gonna go & h said he wanted to stay home, cook some steaks & ribs, & just have a relaxing day at home. I don't blame him at all. He works hard all week & it's his day. + we almost go to my moms every weekend to visit. Well I called my mom yesterday to let her know & she kept insisting to talk to my husband to convince him. Keep in mind he's very calm about all things so all he told her was we will call her & let her know but for the most part he wanted to relax @ home. To wrap the call she said to least go wish a happy Father's Day to her boyfriend & my husband laughed. We're not even gonna go see my husbands dad to begin with. Well I keep calling her today & her boyfriend to say happy Father's Day & now neither of them answer. Her boyfriend is a really nice man. He's really loving & always referred to us as his family. Which is sweet. But I have to make my husband a priority. For Mother's Day we went to my moms house bc my husband wanted to do as I wish & all I have is my mom so it's really important. Well now they're both butt hurt. It just seems so stupid. I hate when she always does this.
