One tired momma been up since 4:30 only got 3 hour and 30 minutes of sleep but gonna chug some cafe bustelo espresso coffee and kill this day with a positive vibe. Stay strong mommas you got this.No matter how much sleep you lose just remember it won't last forever they are only little for a short amount of time ❤️

Do you swaddle?
How long did you swaddle? Was it hard to break the habit of them needing to be swaddled to sleep? Do you swaddle during the day or only at night? Please tell me everything about swaddling!!!
