I use the fluoride free toothpaste & brush my baby's teeth, then I let her chew on the brush for a minute or so (wet no paste)

They have fluoride free toothpaste. That's what i used until my son started spitting toothpaste out

I was told you use a wet rag or something and just wipe the teeth off.

You're really bit supposed to until their first dentist appointment
