I really got a taste for some Greek chicken & feta cheese... is it okay to eat feta?? I can't eat…

It's best to avoid it because it is not pasteurized

My Dr told me I could not eat Feta because it is a soft cheese. It can contain Listeria. In most cases it would just cause flu like symptoms for you but for the unborn baby it can be deadly.

There are brands of feta that's pasteurized

Just look at the ingredients and I've literally seen it say pasteurized blah blah blah...I've had soft cheeses too but they are pasteurized

most store bought brands are pasteurized
