Any moms with prenatal depression and anxiety...?how do you handle it... it's crushing me.

Yes girly 😞 I was put on meds a couple of days ago my dr said I had anxiety.. which I can say iv always had but after giving birth it got worst way worst 😔

Ppd is terrible I'm sorry you're going through it. I was there my advice... seek help I thought I could handle it since I always have but the truth is you need the help try a therapist near you at a local clinic that's hat I did and it helped tremendously!

@babyabilene, I didn't really have it with my first child... but I'm 8 weeks almost 9, I'm on bedrest and I'm just... I hate who I am lately. I'm so mean and irritable. Nothing makes me smile... our car is broken down so I can't even go to the doctor.

@skysmommy04, no therapists... they want to bring up the past to much and I know I can't handle that. I've got massive anxiety in general and used to have depression but it's been dormant for years

If you don't want to bring up the past you don't have to its your choice but if you're not comfortable I won't push it. I pray you'll get through it 💜

@skysmommy04, I'm hoping when I can get to my doctors they can help.. the nearest therapist is an hour away... I can't do that anyway

Family? Or friends close to you. Company helps just distraction I mean I'd say the baby would but in reality it doesn't work that way no matter how much I loved my daughter I couldn't be the mom I wanted to be I was deep suicidal and medicated hun but I pulled through it takes time though you know

@skysmommy04, I don't have family... my friends aren't real friends... my daughter hates me now that I'm pregnant. My boyfriend is... idk he's never around anymore...
