And I start getting engorged after about 2 hours

@cubanese, I think I'm nervous to stop because when I did with my first (she was in the nicu for a month) and exclusively breast fed, I kept getting clogged ducts and I got mastitis 4 times in 3 months then I quit breast feeding altogether

@ashleydunn, @cubanese, I had to pump when my baby was in the nicu, in currently trying to ween off the pump

Pumping before you regulate at 4-6 weeks may be the problem. Maybe try hand expressing instead of pumping ?
