Definitely it's never too late to learn.. I learned when I was 21 only because I was afraid to drive at first.. But my family forced driving on to me when I was 21 and bought me a car and made me learn so I could drive myself to work..

The y always told me to stop being scared and nervous because that could make me panic and cause an accident
