So I had my first at 37 weeks via emergency c section and my second at 32 via vbac. My vbac was incredibly easy. He only weight 4lbs 10oz but I still tore😭😭😭 I'm nervous about baby #3. I don't know if I'll a) go into preterm labor again b) have to have an emergency c section or c) ripping front to back trying to push out a full term baby.

Out of curiosity, did your doctor ever hesitate for you to have your vbac?

@_sheriee, I was at the best hospital in my state. Any type of critical cases get helicoptered there. The resident who delivered my baby was pretty confident. But I delivered in the OR just in case anything happened. I had zero complications and was up and walking a few hours later once my epidural wore off.

@emijayden_7 , that's amazing. I meet with a new doctor next week. Hoping he agrees to let me at least try for a vbac.

@_sheriee, I think as long as your uterus was double sutured they will let you. I asked my ultrasound tech today on what their policy was and she told me as long as my uterus was double sutured I'm good to go. But I already had a vbac so idk if that will automatically mean I can deliver vaginally again. I wish you the best! Vbac was such an incredible experience.
