On June 16th, 2016 at 4:02 am our baby girl, Harper Kate entered the world. After a long day and night she was finally here! She was so loved the minute we laid our eyes on her. And by we, I mean everyone that was in the hospital waiting ever so patiently for her arrival. It was such a beautiful thing and feeling to have so many people love your baby instantly because they love you!! Reid and I could not get any sleep while in the hospital. All we could do was stare at her in amazement. We were, and are so blessed. This past year there have been many sleepless nights, tears, and many days where I wonder what the hell I'm doing. But more importantly the days have been filled with many smiles, laughs, happy tears, proud moments, slobbery kisses, and cuddles. Motherhood met me young, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. Harper is for sure the best part of everyday. I don't know what I ever did without her. She is the most happiest, wildest, loving baby I have ever met! She always has the biggest grin on her face, never sits down, and loves everyone (except for men right now). Lol. We'll laugh about that when she's older. She amazes me more each day with how smart she is, and how quickly she catches on to things! She loves me, and can make me smile even when I'm having a bad day. You truly do not know real love until you have a child. Anyways, I'm going to stop here because I'm getting super emotional. I love you Harpee Bug!💗 I hope you have a great first birthday.
