Ok ladies. I need to vent and I need advice. We have a neighbor who is the nosiest b****h. My SO parked his work truck on her side of the road to unload a tractor thing to work in our backyard. She came over (and we have this on video) took pictures of all of our license plates then knocked on the door. We were out back so obviously we didn't answer. She then trespassed onto our property by coming in our backyard (total invasion of privacy) to ask us to move his truck so she can park on the street. She thinks the street belongs to her. I have had enough of this. Coming into our backyard without permission is one (illegal) thing but taking pictures of all of our license plates in our driveway is crossing a whole other line. How should I handle this? How would you handle this?
I had neighbors move in next to my parents house before I moved out. I parked in front of their house, like I have for the past three years. The wife comes up to me and tells me to move my car because her husband wants to park there. I told her no because it's a public street. If her husband wants to park near the house, park in their driveway. The next day her husband comes up to me and says the same thing (mind you, I'm 6 months pregnant at this time so hormones where a flying!) and my response was "Look, I told your wife no and I'm gonna tell you no. It's rude as hell for you to try telling me to move my car when I've lived here longer than you. Especially on a PUBLIC street. So no, I will not move my car, there's plenty of room in front of me for you to park" they called me a bitch and now they hate me. 🤷🏻♀️
The street and sidewalks do not belong to her they are the city's. so she's getting her self into more trouble by trespassing onto your property. Let her pout all she wants, but when she crosses the line by going onto your property then I would call the cops on her. We have lived by a huge football field and it gets pretty packed during football games, so a lot of random ppl park on the street in front of the house and the side. As long as your not blocking the driveway then there's nothing wrong.
