Yesterday there was a nurse stabbed at my work, In The throat, by a patient who was being triaged in the ER. Headline was all over the news. Yet some sick people still defend him. The nurse is fighting for her life still. I feel so bad for her. He said he did it because three weeks earlier he didn't like the care he got for wrist injury. It could've been our office! We are the only ortho office they would send him to. It's an awful situation and mental illness is NOT an excuse. This was premeditated and he sharpened his knife in the car with the intent to attack somebody. That takes planning ! I hope he rots in jail.

@polaquiita, glad you're okay. That's crazy. I mean I understand mental health and how it can cloud your judgement, but he didn't just snap he came back and did that. If he would if done it at the time of the bad service I'd be like ok but to plan it and come back that's crazy and at the end of the day he still harmed someone and should have to pay for it.
