Pinterest has some really good ideas

Use tape to spell out dad on a canvas and then have your little one paint over it. Peel off tape once dry and ta Da!

Or shrinky dink hand print key chains

Or buy a plain picture frame and paint the frame or the outline around the picture

My kids started collecting nuts and bolts and rocks to spell I love daddy out on a canvas for him
