OK lady's how may of you could go months at a time without seeing or even talking to your kids. My brothers soon to be ex wife walked out in him and the kids almost 4 years ago now. She is supports to have the kids every other weekend and during the school vacations and in the summer she sees them all year around less then two months out of then year. She does bit help with the kids at all or pay for anything for them. The kids are getting to the point they hate seeing her. At what point should my brother say it's enough and take her back to court. I mean she did not even have money for food the last time she took the kids he had to send food down with her for the kids. The kids are 10, 8, 6 the oldest cries because his mom and her boyfriend makes fun on him he has Asperger's and the youngest gets put on a diet whenever she sees her mom because her mom calls her fat. Please tell me if my brother should take her back to court and have her rights taken away. We need to know I feel so bad for the kids

I'm sure the whole custody thing is difficult but sounds like what's best for the kids is he gets full custody of them. If I were him id be going back to court! Not sure how anyone can be mean to their own kids like she is doing. 😤 sounds like she doesn't deserve even the little bit of time she gets, just my opinion.

Omg girl this women sounds just like my step kids bio mom. Deadbeat and only wants to be a parent if it benefits her. I don't understand how a mother could to that to their children and it's so sad that the kids are the ones who hurt the most in the situation.

Well I was also just told she puts my 6 year old niece on a diet every time she sees her she only gets crackers and fruit for breakfast and a piece of toast a lunch with maybe peanut butter or jelly on it and then she is only aloud a little potion of food at dinner she is going to make her have an eating disorder

This makes me sad, but custody is extremely complicated

My poor nephews and niece dont need this my niece is going to have an eating disorder if her mom keeps this up with her. My oldest nephew gets made fun of enough at school he does not need his mom doing it to him
