Has any mom started there 4 month old on some solid starter foods in a mesh teether or gave rice cereal so many people are back and forth with it

I have heard of a lot of moms starting rice cereal early...just mix with milk or formula so it's not thick...ur boo will decide if they are ready not a doctor

Don't give rice cereal...I did and I regretted it. It constipated him so bad...i felt horrible
