Could just be baby acne

Yeah it's probably baby acne, my son had it really bad on his chin and I thought it was from the milk too but it was just baby acne. I wiped his face 2-3 times a day with mustela physiobebe no rinse wash and put aveeno lotion on his face because it was also really dry. It cleared up in a few days to a week.

Maybe not a reaction to the milk. My son when he was a baby, had one for the first week or so. Jut never leave milk on his face Wipe him up every time. It doesnt nessissarily mean hes allergic
