That could mean he's dehydrated , you need to give him something so he won't be dehydrated.

How much milk does he normally drink and where is he at now? Is he eating solids?

i slowed down i am giving him 6 oz and he didnt drink even half of the milk and yea i am giving him solids @beebaby

6 ounces is a good amount. He should get 24 to 32 ounces per day. Now as for urinating, if he doesn't have at least 3 to 6 wet diapers I would be concerned.

Yes but it isnt necessary. He gets plenty of water in his milk. Is it breastmilk or formula
