My 10 month old has a heat rash what can I do

I usually wipe my boys down with a cool wet wash cloth, dry their skin (gently of course), and let them run around in as little clothing as possible.

I know this. But by doing this, it makes them more comfortable until it does.

Yeah. It will. It just seems to make my boys a little miserable. So I do my best to make them more comfortable. Oh it doesn't make it go away, but cooler baths are good in summer.
