If your child has stopped sleeping all crazy it should be generally easy ...might have few days of having to lay them back down. But if they are kinda all over still I suggest pillows on ground in case lol. I haven't moved my 2 year old out of crib yet cuz he still crazy lol I moved my 3 year old when she wouldn't stop climbing out the crib and didn't want her to get hurt. He hasn't done it so I have let it be for now
