My baby dr office SUCKS. I have an appointment today and I needed to check to see if it was at 8:45 or 9:45 so, I call at 7:40(10minutes after they open) and they have the phones off. Well when I finally get a hold of them at 8:05 they answer and put me straight on hold without saying anything. 10 minutes later I hang up and call back. They answer and I ask about my appointment and they put me BACK on hold for five minutes (not too long but I'm pissy at this point) ugh. They are literally impossible to get a hold of and I have this problem everytime I call.

@drmurphy13, it's seriously ridiculous. And it bothers me because I have my number down and my boyfriends number down next. They asked for my parents number,I gave them my dads and had him listed as "do not contact"(so idk why they need his number I'm 20 years old for heavens sake) and they NEVER call my or Dylan they call my dad first and it makes me SO angry.

That's pathetic, I got stuck paying for my first son's circumcision because they wrote he was female and I fought it for 6months then found out after a year that it could have been resubmitted until the year mark. Now I'm stuck with my second's while still paying the first one still and they also screwed up my payments saying I was behind at one point and so I'm fighting it again so I don't have to pay for another.

@dalliesmama I had the same problem with my baby dr. I could never get a hold of anyone. I would call it would go to voice mail and I would leave a message. Several hours later after no call back I would call again and get voice mail. Leave another message and the next day I still wouldn't have heard from them. It was so irritating. I literally could only talk to my Dr when I would go in for an appointment.

@lara_johnson95, that's how it is for me! I didn't mention you can't even leave a voice mail because their message box is full.🙄
