Ugh Gwen keeps grabbing at her face and waking herself up and I kept moving her hand well finally I was like grrr and pushed her hand down to her side and looked at her and she stared for a moment and started to cry. Ugh sweetie you are tired. Mommy isn't being mean I promise I'm trying to keep you from waking yourself up a lot. I need a glass of wine 🍷

Try swaddling her. It helps my son stop startlingly himself awake.

@momma_dee, I might try that. Instead of rocking I'm gonna snuggle her in bed so she's pressed against me to see if that helps

I ended up rubbing a little teething gel on her gums and she smiled at me so I made her a tiny bottle and we snuggled to sleep. Poor baby. Since the teeth haven't officially broken through I forget they are coming. I can see white spots but nothing else yet but she obviously feels it!
