Try some Aveeno lotion for eczema. It worked great for my son

Its dry skin. Since he is still new his skin is getting use to the outside. He was in amniotic fluid for so long it dosnt have the natural oil yet

Dry skin!! Just use some baby Dove moisturizer or you can u can use the soap when you give him a bath

Also if it is and you use baby oil the oil could cause baby acne but it goes away in a few days

Is it dry skin? It could be cradle cap my daughter had it on her forehead up to the top of her head. Baby oil helps! It got rid of my daughters in just a couple days
