Shes passed out again. She never stays awake for more than an hr. The docs never seemed concerned about it, and mama said its probably bc since shes premature shes sleeping more often, and to give her a few weeks and shell be wide awake like a normal full term baby.
@mcrowell0970 i still did it in the middle of being in labor. I did something that seems hard to impossible to do. What im trying to say is im not worried, or scared. I learned the hard way everyones experinces are diffrent with these things. I can only really use someone elses experince as a possibility or how it may turn out or feel. Im saying that bc everyone made me belive labor and birth was more painful and worse than it actually was to me. Even though i know its not the same, its still the same concept. It may or may not break me. So there for im happily waiting the challange and am curious of how ill handle it in the long run.
@mcrowell0970 well see. I have confidence in myself when it comes to that part. Its a strength ive always had and i belive now itll come in handy compared to before. The whole time i was in labor, and right before i gave birth to her i turned my homework on time. I even turned in an assignment right before i went to the hostpital bc i was in labor. My grade went up from an 89 to a 92 while that was going on. Im not saying your wrong, im just saying that ive noticed that the higher stress level im put into the calmer and more focused i become, and the higher my grades get. So in the end well just have to see how it goes. I may or may not actually break through this. This is probably the highest stress level ive ever been introduced to, so itll be fun to see how i handle it.
@mcrowell0970 i dont think itll bother me. Until i go back to work all i really have to do is homework. To be honest i dont feel like im doing enough sometimes. So her keeping me busy will make me feel alot better. Besides...it cant be anymore stressful than it was running back and forth to the nursery every day, every few hrs, while trying to get stuff ready for her and still turn in my homework on time while having people constantly blowing up my phone and asking me questions while im trying to concentrate on her.
@mcrowell0970 i dont make her wait when shes hungry. It just suprises me that after eating 2 oz that shes hungry in like 2 hrs. Sometimes shes fine until the 3 hr mark and then sometimes shes hungry before hand.
@mommy.to.sterling 2 oz bc thats what shes been eating since she was 3 days old. Its what they had her on at the hostpital and want me to keep her on. Im also feeding her every 3 hrs bc thats the schedule they had her on in the nursery. Most of the time though, shell get hungry in 2 hrs even though she ate 2 oz worth of food.
@cubanese @mommy.to.sterling @danielleandco i just hope it gets better like it should. Sometimes like last night i have a hard time getting her to eat. No matter how much i encourage her and try to keep her awake she eats maybe half of it and stays passed out.
