Supposedly. But I remember someone telling me or reading somewhere that tw not until babies are around 5-6 months that they start realizing that. Bc right now babies are too small and all they want is comfort.

Yeah I heard that too! My daughter is at 5 months now and starting to get that way if I'm near her an not holding her after a while she'll whine till I carry her all she wants lately is to be held An loved on. Honestly I don't mind lol she won't be little forever

Don't get me wrong I love my daughter to the fullest now Mr n my BF regret it now now she want to be held all the time or be held tell she fall asleep n the biggest mistake we ever made was letting her sleep with us now she got to b close to someone tell she fall asleep n she don't like to b left alone she got to have someone in the room with her or close to her all times

That's how my son is. But i didnt hold him as much as i hold my daughter my mom and sister just spoiled him so much and always pick him up thats how he got and yea i always let him sleep with me too so makes it harder now @tiffanycorliss0

OMG my daughter is nothing but a spoiled baby but I would not change her or anything about her I love her to death

What so crazy is my son my 1st one he's five now but wen he was a baby I didn't spoiled him at all I was tough on him he slept n he's crib didn't get held alot wen he was a baby or nothing but with her it changed

I don't think so I mean depending on age...but if your baby wants to be held then you should in my opinion and if you want to hold your baby, you should follow your instincts and do what you think you should my baby is always in my arms; it makes him comfortable and happy so what's the harm!
