So a serious question? I'm 20w with my 3rd child. I haven't had my 20w scan or appointment yet that's the 19th but I've been having some pressure down low. And I remember having it with my second child but later in the pregnancy and my midwife then said it's where the baby was getting ready for delivery and I was already dilating. So I'm concerned that I may be dilating already or go into preterm labor or something cause my other 2 was boys and this one's a girl and the girls seem to make early appearances in my family. But I don't want to over worry myself over it.... someone help me out with some advice please

If your worried enough... Maybe go to ER. Never hurts to double check.

@shayla.galloway no I haven't called my doctor yet. I was going to try and wait until I see him the 19th cause my midwife I had with my boys she retired so I have a different doctor this time around. But I am concerned from what she had told me with my prior. Then I had a dream I had the baby at 29w so then that worried me even more. My mom had 5 kids 4 girls which we was all premature from 27w to 36w and then my brother with was full term so I'm also scared I'm going to be like her cause my first 2 was boys full term and this one's a girl

I would give them a call let them know what your concern is... and see what they think... if nothing else it will give you peace of mind!

@keishacrabtree.kc well either way if she comes early more than likely she will be alright with all the technology we have now. I'd just take it easy for a few days and see how everything goes. You'll know when your in labor. But first sign of labor I'd go in...

@laciemarie okay thanks cause this feels like literally my vagina low... and I'm not sure if I'm just over doing myself with cleaning the house literally from top to bottom in every room and then running to baseball 2 to 3 times a week.

@keishacrabtree.kc i completely understand, i do typical housework for a house wife/sahm and going to the park and grociery shopping. Even after talking to mr dr about it and him saying its okay, i asked my mother in law and my mom and they both said it was completely normal as well!

I have pressure too and been having it for a couple weeks. I am 24 weeks I've b33n told it was normal in my last pregnancy
