So since my bd doesn't want me in the house && I don't wanna drag my kids into us fighting, I'm going to a shelter in Augusta GA but can anyone tell me do they help you get housing && how long does it take??? Has anyone done this before?! Idw put my kids through this but in order to get on my feet I have to do it this way bc I'm not asking HIM/HIS family for shxt since they are fine with me && my girls being homeless.

Normally once you are there your supposed to be put higher up on the list for housing but you are still on a waiting list I believe. Is it not your home?

@mommyhawkins, I asked him but he said he had nobody to watch them so they have to go with me. Nope no family. I'm not sad at all bc we are separated and no feelings left I rather be elsewhere than in his house anyways. It's unhealthy for my children to see us fighting daily

@beebaby, it was sold to both of us but since we weren't married the guy put my bds name on the deed. I can stay until he goes through court to file eviction but since it's an unhealthy environment I rather just go. He's controlling && I'm not gonna be controlled. Cops have dealt wit us several times, don't worry I believe in KARMA

I simply can not stand this. You mean to tell me you give your life to this man. Birth his children and he puts all of you out 😡😡😡 Can you say child support ASAP. Then you'll have a income. How are you going to go to work with such young children? Child care cost too much. Apply for child support today
