breastfeeding has a lot of benefits for the baby & even you . but it can be challenging . I had a really hard time breastfeeding my son in the beginning .

it only hurt me because my son had a really really hard time latching . it took him 2 months to get the hang of it & for 2 months I had bleeding cracked nipples . it was torture every time he ate but it was something I was really wanting to do . he finally latched correctly & my nipples healed & it was all good after that .
