Well your almost full term. The diarehia for 48 hrs being a sign of early labor isnt a lie. I found that out when i was getting close to giving birth.to Martha. The sick part not sure. Anyway if your hands swell, or your face swells (may or may not happen. Only my hands/fingers swelled) then that is also a sign of early labor. In general early labor, active labor, hard labor, and transition only take about 12 hrs total. Thats if you have a normal paced labor/birth. That time is only an estimate though. Every stage of labor can last as long as your body, and the baby want it to. Thats why my mama was in labor with me for 3 days.
