I had a headache for three days straight and I took Tylenol but didn't seemed to work till I mixed Tylenol and Benadryl with a hot nice shower and sleep it went away...

Stay hydrated, relax (as best you can with a little one at home), and you should be able to take one 500mg Tylenol for the pain. If it continues even after relaxing and gets worse, get your blood pressure checked.
