A warm bath helped my aunt dilate, but you can't do it if your water is already broken. Try squats or pacing around the house.

Yeah, she was 4cm when she got in the bath and she stayed in for about 20 minutes and then her son was born less than 2 hours later 😊

I would say walking and squatting should help.
