I think I'm ready for a new job. This one is so repetitive I've been here 5 years. I'm getting to the point where I don't want to come in. I mean I'm very blessed to have this job. But sometimes it get hard to come in and do the same thing over and over. Then there's no room for growth here. I'm about to start looking hard for another job.
