@costey she was disgusting on the phone this morning. Because we've moved 15 minutes away we're supposed to change doctors but I didn't change whilst I was pregnant because of the midwife being there and I've been that busy I've not managed to change, she phoned me and said you shouldn't be coming to this doctors and neither should your baby so we won't be registering him here, she kept cutting me off and I tried explaining what my midwife had said and she said 'it's nothing to do with your midwife love you shouldn't be coming to this doctors (I've been there 21 years) good thing was I had an appointment there 2 hours after that phone call so I saw the bitch and i went mad she had such a bad attitude

@shannonn95, hate doctors receptionists, mine are horrible!! They need to realise their just paper pushers not anything special!! Don't know where they think their allowed to speak to people like that!! Plus your entitled to go to any doctors you want!!!! Even if it's 100 miles away that's your choice!!!! Silly cow! Xxx

@costey I know I said which one of you spoke to me on the phone this morning and she got up cocky as anything and said ME why? I said come here, who the hell do you think you're speaking to like that? Bang out of order, telling me that myself and my baby shouldn't be coming and cutting me off and she was smirking saying how else do you want me to word it, I said try speaking to me like a normal fucking human being you cheeky cow how dare you, she started screaming her head off at me so I told her not to raise her voice around my son and that I wanted to make a formal complaint so this woman came out who was in charge and took me in another room so I told her everything and she's gone mad at the receptionist, serves her right there's no need to speak down to someone

@laurabump27, I know that's what I said! She was like your in Manchester you shouldn't be coming to this doctors and I said to her how long have you worked here? And she laughed at me and said 18 years and I said well I've been here 21 years and never have I met such a disgusting human being everyone else is lovely you need to learn to speak to people proper. the thing what made me the most pissed off is when she said 'you can't come here and neither can your baby' 😡😡. Xx

@west94, defo she's a horrible bitch she's always being funny with people when I've been there and yesterday she went ballistic at the new receptionist for mixing up my appointment and took the piss out of her, it's so unprofessional and the new girl was lovely, I wonder how the hell people like that get jobs with the personality of a fucking bread bin xx

It's not fucking down to her!!! Argh that's annoyed me!!! They think their somthing special! Ther literally just a receptionist which anyone can do! Dunno where they get this big fucking ego from! I'm always arguing with mine!!! Good on you for snapping I would have done the same! My doctors is in Manchester but I used to live in the Lake District and if I wanted I could have kept that doctor from there! Entirely up to you where you go! I'd put in huge complaint about her! Xxx

@laurabump27, it's ridiculous ain't it?! They seem to be the same everywhere they think they're something special because they have a desk and access to Microsoft excel 🖕🏻 I was going to stay there because I'm so used to it and my doctor is lovely but after that I'm happy to move I've found one 5 minutes from me and they're all lovely there so I'll be better off if I see that woman again id end up pulling her through them glass shutters and butting her 😂 xx

@laurabump27, I might do I'll make sure they know I'm changing doctors because of her and the way she acted, she's about 40 as well she wants grow up arguing with young girls and throwing strops because people want to complain when she uses a nasty attitude. God I needed to vent about her I'm sat here seething 😂 xxx
