What is the best way to cope? I had it so bad after my son that the entire time was kinda like a blur. I couldn't eat, sleep or drink like I was a zombie.

@loveerii I would really suggest talking to someone. I didn't and regret it. I feel like had I spoken to someone it would have cut the time I spent miserable. I prayed , I journaled and spoke openly to other friends about it (after a while ...like 8 months to a year ) 2 of my CLOSE friends had it too and i never knew. Knowing i wasnt alone helped. going back to work helped and setting aside time just for you. Even if it's painting ur nails , reading a book .

@kingkaidensmommy, I didn't talk to anyone either. When someone would watch the baby for me, they'd try to convince me to go out but I just ended up crying and laying in the bed until they brought him back. He was the only thing that made me feel alive.

my best way to cope has been just taking that small amount of time to myself everyday for like 30 mins to an hour if possible since I have 3 kids it's hard but I ethier go for a walk or go down to the pool and relax in the hottub those are my two things but still to this day I struggle)': every little thing that hurts on my body freaks me out I think I have bad health anxiety plus severe stress so it definitely sucks!

@watersceline23 that's really good that you take that small amount of time just for you. It was hard for me to do at first but very necessary
