Real labor will pretty much be consistent and closer and closer together. Labor can be different for everyone. I had strong contraction but no pain with my last one. My water broke, too. You can have a tightening in the lower stomach, cramping in the lower back or stomach, sharp pains shooting with contractions... when you say extreme how extreme?

Like I'm holding onto my bed in pain and trying not to curl up in a ball and cry. It's painful like a squeezing type of pressure that makes me feel like I'm going to poo myself @morganmommy79

I'm taking these pills they gave me but I'm going to call them in the morning and explain that these contractions are hurting a lot and see if they want me to take more of them or something else cause idk if I can wait til Mondays appointment to know what to do

@twinmomma2b, sounds like real contractions. Are you at risk for preterm labor? If you feel pressure in the butt region sometimes feeling like you have to poo is baby coming. How are you feeling now?

I keep having contractions and still painful. My Dr said not to worry unless they are 7 minutes apart but these hurt a lot I don't know if I can keep doing this @morganmommy79

@twinmomma2b, never hurts to get checked. If it's so bad you can't move around or do normal things you may want to get checked. ESP if it's been consistent for sev hours.
