Okay so here the past few days, my child spews spitup at almost EVERY feeding. I really don't know what to do. She's on formula and I've just been giving it to her at room temp and she's been doing fine. Should I start warming it?? I just hate getting literally her whole bottle on me almost every time I feed her 🙄
@beebaby, she'll be 2 months the 11th. She doesn't always eat 5 oz, just sometimes. Sometimes she'll only eat like 3 or 4
5oz is a lot of milk for a 1 month old. You should scale it back a bit and try pace feeding her. Reflux is definitely over diagnosed in children.
@lovelily, her next appt is next Wednesday for her 2 month shots so maybe we'll figure something out. @beebaby, she's eating about 5 oz and yes I burp her every 2 oz
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
You should do just the 3 oz at at a time. I know with formula you have to give more but my 2 month old only drinks 2oz of breastmilk per feeding. That could be the reason she is spitting up. Also sitting her up while feeding instead of laying her down is better for digestion because laying down is force feeding. The babies stomach are small, they don't need that much. If you pace feed I'm sure she would do much better.
