So this morning my son had a scheduled doc appt for his one year check up. I drive all the way to the appt only to find out there is a staff meeting from 8-1 which means all those morning appts have been canceled BUT not one staff member reached out to let us customers know that they were canceled. I am so beyond pissed off 😒

@niki664 i called the customer service thats located in west palm to talk to an executive about it since they have 13 facilities. She said this is the first time in 20years that shes ever heard a complaint and i told her this wasnt the first time its happened but it is the first time me calling amd complaining. So we'll see what they say. I am about ready to find my son a new doc office. Its jus lazy and inexcusable for lack of communication. So much technology now a days and variest ways to reach out and give pple a heads up. Its not hard.

Yeah that's happened to us and my husband was the one driving and was really pissed off! I definitely understand your frustration girl!
