So my midwife just sent me to the hospital does anybody know anything about Meningitis?

I had that in high school literally slept through it that was my only symptom the kissing disease they called it its bacterial I'm sure she's being extra careful because you are pregnant and it's viral so you may need extra care

Its a viral infection that can affect your brain and spinal cord. It is very contagious and you can die from it if not treated. I got it when i was 14.

She called it spinal meningitis

Mono is the kissing disease, not meningitis

I had spinal meningitis at age 14 months was in medically induced coma for 3 months and on life support .. Very very deadly!! Im lucky i survived!!

They evacuated the entire hospital and i eneded up staying at the hospital for almost an entire year!! Prayer for u sweetheart!!

Man!! I was having seizures when i had it and my temp got up to 105.. My parents talk about it to this day and im 34.. I beat the odds for sure.. Hun they'll have to give u a spinal tap to check for it
