My poor baby has been so fussy all day, he's so tired been fighting sleep, his tummy hurts from constipation. I gave him gripe water but he's still very fussy ,😖

Babies can go up to a week without pooping. Usually when they poop hard little pellets that means they're constipated. How is he doing now?
